The fine dining restaurant “Carrossa” is the gastronomic flagship of the Carrossa Resort. From the elegant winter garden you can gaze into the distance, to the castle of Artà or to the bay of Cala Millor.

In an elegant atmosphere, our kitchen team will take you on a culinary journey where you will experience unique taste experiences of creative Mediterranean cuisine. The focus is on first-class, seasonal products from the region.

The wine cellar on Carrossa is richly stocked with the best wines from Mallorca and from the Spanish mainland as well as top international wines from Italy, Germany and Austria.
