In an elegant setting with exciting architectural accents let our kitchen team take you on a culinary journey, where you will experience a unique tasting event with particular focus on an original Mediterranean kitchen interpretation with influences from International Cuisines. Fresh caught fish from the bay and other far-off destinations are presented with respect to the center of the plate.

Our ambitious team under the guidance of Head Chef Aitor González serves a refined Mediterranean cuisine with fresh products of the season in the “Carrossa” fine dining restaurant. A daily-changing 4-course gourmet menu is in the center of attention and variety is guaranteed. You can also expect fine classics "à la carte", like for instance the signature dish "calf's knuckle braised for 16 hours" (at pre-order).
