Our dynamic culinary team at fine dining restaurant “Carrossa” under the guidance of Ramón García spoils their guests with an innovative, Mediterranean cuisine with subtle International notes and aromas. Sous-chef Irene Lluch brings her experience in various Michelin-starred restaurants to the table and creates unique desserts as for instance her “Berries in the sky”, a heavenly light and fluffy dish with well-balanced sweetness & acidity. Moreover, guests continue to enthuse about her homemade ice cream and sorbet variations.
