Our dynamic culinary team at fine dining restaurant “Carrossa” under the guidance of Ramón García spoils their guests with an innovative, Mediterranean cuisine with subtle notes and aromas from the Asian cuisines. Sous-chef Irene Lluch brings her experience in various Michelin-starred restaurants to the table and creates unique desserts as for instance her “Berries in the sky”, a heavenly light and fluffy dish with well-balanced sweetness & acidity. Moreover, guests continue to enthuse about her homemade ice cream and sorbet variations.
